KENYA CAMPING SAFARI ITINERARY

Day 01: Nairobi
On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport, you will be transfered to a budget hotel in Nairob for rest and overnight.

Day 02: NAIROBI - AMBOSELI
After an early breakfast, transfer from Nairobi at 8:00 AM and drive to Amboseli arriving for lunch. You shall have a short rest then have an afternoon game drive in the park before returning to your camp at sunset for rest, dinner and overnight at camp (BLD).

Day 03: AMBOSELI
An early morning game drive at sunrise is the ideal timeso search for wildlife and take a great photo of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro on a clear and cloudless day. Return to your campsite for breakfast, rest in between the morning and afternoon game drives with lunch at camp before your afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the campsite (BLD).

Day 04: AMBOSELI - LAKE NAKURU
Soon after an early morning breakfast, you will depart Amboseli to Lake Nakuru via Nairobi where you will have a lunch stop over. Transfer from Nairobi through the Lanet gate of the Lake Nakuru National Park for your afternoon game drive around the lake which is ringed by thousands of lesser flamingoes and pelicans giving the lake a pink hue. The park is also home to white rhino, leopards, lions, cape buffalo amongst other numerous wildlife, birds and reptiles. Transfer to Hotel Chester located in Nakuru Town where you will have your dinner and spend the night (BLD).

Day 05: LAKE NAKURU - MASAI MARA
Have an early morning breakfast then drive to Masai Mara arriving for lunch. Masai Mara is home to the big 5 - Leopard, Black Rhino, Cape Buffalo, Elephant and Lion amongst other wildlife which roam the savannah plains of the Masai Mara. After lunch you will embark on a game drive in search of these animals, in the late afternoon as the sun sets you will be able to get great photos of the African golden sunset, before returning to your camp for dinner. Spend the evening around a bonfire where you could see Masai traditional dances as you are entertained with stories of past days when the Masai hunted lions as an initiation to man hood. Overnight at camp (BLD).

Day 06: MASAI MARA.
The day will start with an early morning game drive before dawn and later return to your camp for breakfast. Relax for the rest of the morning, as, when the sun heats up herbivorous animals will tend to retreat under the tall trees and carnivores take a nap in the shade leaving the plains devoid of wildlife. You could perhaps take a dip at the swimming pool at one of the lodges situated next to our campsite at your cost or relax by your permanent tent which has a bed, bedding's, hot water shower and flush toilet in the tent. Later in the afternoon return to the wilderness in search of wildlife. All meals and overnight at our permanent campsite (BLD).

Day 07: MASAI MARA - NAIROBI - AIRPORT
After breakfast, return to Nairobi with lunch en-route arriving mid afternoon. The rest of the afternoon at leisure and later you will be transferred to the airport in time for your International departure flight.
